Vincent E. Westerman

President & CEO

Born and raised in Northeastern Ohio, Vincent E. (Vince) Westerman founded The Westerman Group (TWG) in 1989. For nearly 30 years, Vince has helped his clients plan and achieve their financial goals. He serves business owners and high-net-worth individuals as their trusted investment and wealth manager.

As an advisor, Vince is considered an esteemed colleague and friend. With a focus on service, he works together with his clients and their other advisors to ensure that every available financial strategy and opportunity is investigated and assessed.

Vince holds FINRA  Series 6 and 63 registrations, and life, health and variable annuity licenses. He attended the University of Akron and graduated with a dual major in marketing and organizational communications.

In Vince’s spare time, he enjoys riding his Harley, skiing, reading, gardening, music, charitable endeavors, and traveling with his wife, Jackie. Vince recently became a Children’s Hope Ambassador of the Akron Children’s Hospital Foundation Gift and Estate Planning Program outreach committee. He is also a past member of the St. Barnabus Parish Council, where he was council vice president; past member of Bellflower Center Board, where he served on the development and multiple ad hoc committees; past member of the Cleveland Society of Financial Service Professionals; and he serves on various non-profit ad hoc committees. David G. Millet

David G. Millet, a financial advisor and investment advisor representative, has been helping his clients attain their preferred financial future since 1998. His diverse knowledge and experience in estate, wealth, retirement and financial planning, and his background in law enable him to evaluate each client’s unique situation objectively and analytically, enabling them to make well-informed decisions.

With a focus on service, David works closely with his clients and their other advisors to ensure that every available financial strategy and opportunity is evaluated. Planning for financial success in these complex times requires knowledge of everything from tax law, retirement income distribution strategies, and creative thinking to protect the ones you love and avoid needless estate shrinkage. David is dedicated to helping his clients identify their goals, analyze current financial programs, develop a financial plan based on sound advice and knowledge, and implement that plan with updates on a regular basis.

David holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations, life, health and variable annuity licenses, and is a licensed Attorney-At-Law in the State of Ohio. He has a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law with an estate and tax concentration, and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Ohio University, with a minor emphasis in business administration. His honors include Rookie of the Year and Pension Sales Leader, and he was recognized in the “Top 150″ for a national planning firm.

David serves on numerous boards for local organizations, and is active in community and charitable activities. He currently serves as treasurer for the Montefiore Foundation Board of Trustees. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, David, his wife, Kelly, and children, Jacob and Talia, reside in Solon. He enjoys jogging, skiing, music and travel. Tara Fredericks

Director of Client Services

Tara Fredericks joined TWG in 2008 as an administrative assistant. Over the years, her position evolved to fully support all client service activities, and in 2014 Tara was promoted to Director of Client Services. Tara oversees and executes daily administrative requirements of client communications, paperwork and applications processing. Tara also works closely with TWG’s business partners. Tara enjoys time with her family, walking her dog in the park, reading and physical fitness activities. Tara earned her business degree in accounting from Cuyahoga Community College.
